The purpose of the VFW Booster Program is for Cooties to recruit as many (New/Reinstated) VFW Members as possible. It is also aimed at Cooties supporting and working with their individual VFW Posts Members as possible. It is also aimed at Cooties supporting and working with their individual VFW Posts in all areas.
Follow the below listed instructions:
Pup Tent VFW Booster Chairmen will make a sufficient amount of copies of the VFW Booster Report Form to support their individual VFW Booster Program. A Pup tent, Grand and Supreme copy will be made for each VFW Booster Report.
Work closely with your Post Quartermasters/Membership Chairmen. Explain our VFW Booster Program to them to ensure their cooperation. Provide Membership Rosters and all other information they request.
Obtain from your Post Quartermasters/Membership Chairmen the Names of the Cooties who have Recruited (New/Reinstated) VFW Members and ensure their Verification.
New VFW Member; A Recruit who pays their annual/life member dues for the first time to become a VFW Member. Reinstated Member; A VFW Member who has let their VFW dues lapse for over one year or more.
On the VFW Booster Report Form fill out the self explanatory top of the Form. Fill in the Name of the Cootie who recruited, their Cootie Number, the amount Recruited New, the amount Reinstated and the Total amount New/Reinstated. Fill out the same for each Cootie who has recruited a VFW Member.
Under "Total This Report", at the bottom, fill in the Total of all New, the Total of all Reinstated and the Total of all New/Reinstated.
The awards Block is for Supreme use only.
Answer all questions showing the amount of Cooties who are VFW Officers.
In the Remarks Block fill in what your Pup Tent has done this report for your individual VFW Posts.
Under Report to: at the bottom please check the block that the VFW Booster Report will go to Pup Tent/Grand/Supreme
Fill out the VFW Booster Chairman Address
All Pup Tent VFW Booster Chairmen will submit the Grand and Supreme Copies of the VFW Booster Report to the Grand VFW Booster Chairman as required by their Grand VFW Booster Program.
All Pup Tent VFW Booster Chairmen not within a Grand Pup Tent will submit their VFW Booster Reports when required immediately to the Supreme VFW Booster Chairmen.
